Milford Man Accused of Sexually Soliciting a Teenage Girl

MILFORD, Del.- Authorities have arrested a 57-year-old Milford man accused of sexually soliciting a teenage girl.
Milford police saidB Walter L. WebbB was taken into custody Tuesday for an incident that allegedly occurred last month on Bay Road. According to police, detectives discovered that Webb had forced a 15-year-old girl to remove her shirt and expose herself to him.
As a result of the investigation into the alleged incident, Webb was charged with sexual solicitation of a child under 18 years of age and endangering the welfare of a child.B He was released on $20,000 unsecured bond.
